For the persons listed below, upon presentation at the ticket office of the corresponding official documentation, valid and up to date, in each case:
- Individuals under the age of 18 and over the age of 65.
- Students between the ages of 18 and 25.
- European youth card holders.
- Persons with disabilities, in accordance with the definition provided in article 2.a) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2013, of 29 November, approving the Consolidated Text of the General Law on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and their Social Inclusion. Admission in this case is also free for the carers who are accompanying them on their visit.

- Members of large families, according to the definition given in Article 2 of Law 40/2003 of 18 November for the Protection of Large Families.

- Official tour guides, while performing their duties.
- Journalists, while performing their duties.
- Donors of items to the museum whose collection incorporates the donated items, on presentation of the corresponding accreditation.
- People working as cultural volunteers at the Museum of the Americas on presentation of the corresponding accreditation.
Annual admission card for the Museum of the Americas: €25.00 With this pass, you can visit the Museum as many times as you like for a year.
Annual admission card for the State Museums: €36.06 With this personalised pass, you can visit all the museums under the exclusive management of the Directorate General for Cultural Heritage and Fine Arts, the Prado Museum and the Reina Sofia National Museum and Art Centre. Valid for one year.
