Large items of luggage - suitcases, umbrellas, rucksacks, etc. - must be left in the cloakroom.
Children under 4 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. All other children must be supervised by the person responsible for accompanying them.
Do not touch the exhibits or lean on the display cases.
The maximum number of visitors per group is 25 people (including the teacher, guide or educator). If this number is exceeded, the group must be split into multiple groups.
Group members should stay together during the visit and follow their group leaders at all times.
To facilitate evacuation in the event of an emergency, the maximum number of visitors using wheelchairs or other mobility aids (e.g., walkers) shall be 10 per floor.
Photography and video recording inside the Museum is permitted, except with flash, tripod or selfie sticks (for professional photography with tripod, please contact us by email).
No food or drink may be consumed at the museum.
Smoking is not permitted.
No unhygienic, disruptive or dangerous behaviour towards other visitors or the works on display is permitted in any of the museum's facilities.
Mobile phones shall remain silenced during the visit.
Animals are not allowed, except for properly identified guide dogs.
Ticket sales will end 30 minutes before closing time.
Security will begin clearing the museum 15 minutes before closing time.
Failure to comply with these rules or any other inappropriate behaviour, as judged by the Museum's management, may result in a visitor’s expulsion, without prejudice to any other responsibilities that may arise.
