Sponsorship and Patronage

The Museum of the Americas invites individuals, companies, foundations and institutions to take an active part in its activities, encouraging new forms of mediation between the museum and the community. There are various ways you can collaborate to support our exhibitions and activities. All collaborations are established accounting for the interests and priorities of the benefactors.

• Temporary exhibitions
• Museum of the Americas Collection
• Conservation and restoration of works
• Technology and media library
• In-person and online activities.

Regulations

Law 49/2002 on the tax regime for non-profit organisations and tax incentives for sponsorship establishes a 35% deduction in corporation tax for initiatives such as donations or gifts of assets that form part of Spanish Historical Heritage and are of guaranteed quality, or are registered in the General Register of BICs or included in the General Inventory referred to in Law 16/85 on Spanish Historical Heritage.
