The House Museum of Cervantes collection consists of objects belonging to the own museum as well as objects on loan by other institutions such as the Museo Nacional de Escultura, the Museo del Traje or the Museo del Romanticismo.

It is composed mainly by 17th century furniture, 17th and 19th century painting, Talavera ware and an important bibliographic fund.

This collection is completed by the top of the doorway of the Hospital of Resurrection and the façade from the church of the Hieronymite monastery of Our Lady of Armedilla, the ruins of which are located near Cogeces del Monte (Valladolid).
