Contemporary Attire

In the 20th century collection, with around 4000 pieces, Mariano Fortuny stands out in first place with his liberating “Delphos” gown. From the period in which Haute Couture reached its zenith, we have works by the master Balenciaga, with dresses for different times of the day in addition to designs by Pedro Rodriguez, Lino, Rosina, Natalio, Pertegaz and Elio Berhanyer, to mention but a few, which reflect the high standard of the Spanish fashion designers. Of the current creators, we have trend-setting works, such as the unique metallic dress by Paco Rabanne, and a large representation of numerous contemporary Spanish designers.
