Salon

After the Studios, the visitor proceeds to the communal domestic areas of the house. The change in materials and decoration is very obvious: marble floors, antique columns and large windows overlooking the garden endow the entire area with sumptuous elegance.

The Salon was decorated by Sorolla with family portraits which he painted or sculpted himself, as well as sculptures by talented sculptors such as José Capuz and Mariano Benlliure. The glass rotunda offers a splendid view of the garden.
