Loans of Collection Items

Loan requests for pieces for temporary exhibitions must be addressed to Museum Management, along with a description of the temporary exhibition project and a Facilities Report (conditions of the galleries) where the exhibition is to be held.

Once approved by the Museum’s management, the loan request must receive a favourable report from the Board of Trustees of the Sorolla Museum Foundation, authorisation from the Ministry of Culture by Ministerial Order, and, where applicable, a Temporary Export Permit.
