General Information

• Due to the execution of restoration works, the patios will remain closed. We apologise for the inconvenience.

• We take all the necessary measures of prevention to ensure a safe visit for both visitors and employees of the Museum.

• Group visits are limited to 30 people maximum. For group entry we advise you to make a reservation prior to your visit via this link

• For the best visit possible, we also recommend visiting during hours where there is less traffic to the Museum: between 9:30 and 11:00, and 15:00 and 19:00, Tuesday through Friday.

Before your visit

• The Women´s Gallery could suffer punctual closures.

• We recommend to book your tickets in advance. The booking is available here

• Number of visitors allowed has been reduced due to the works in the museum.

• Guided groups are allowed (up to 30 people).

During your visit

• Audioguides, tablets, tactile screens, paper plans and leaflets will be temporarily unavailable according to security measures. Tactile objetcs from accesibility itinerary will be unavailable aswell.
• WifiMuseum and App Museo Sefardí will be available for you (+ Info).
