The Museum of Romanticism offers the following services:
Cloakroom
Due to the size of the Museum's rooms, backpacks, large bags and bulky items must be left in the Museum's cloakroom.
Baby changing facilities
These are located in the wheelchair-accessible bathroom on the ground floor of the Museum, next to the ticket office.
Wheelchairs
To make access easier for visitors with reduced mobility, the Museum provides 4 wheelchairs, which can be requested from the staff at the ticket office.
Audio guides
The Museum has 25 individual audio guides. Visitors can rent these at the ticket office. Commentary is available in three languages: Spanish, English and French.

Library
Access to the library's collections is limited to researchers with a prior appointment.
Auditorium

A Service Charter is a document intended to inform the public of the quality standards of public services and the way those services are provided. Reproduction of photographs
The photographic reproduction of the Museum of Romanticism's collections, for purposes of research and the dissemination of culture, must always be authorised by the Museum. Salto de línea The Photographic Archive of the Museum will provide the photographic reproductions, whenever possible, upon prior application and acceptance of the conditions for the use of the images.
