General visitor guidelines
- The Museum reserves the right to temporarily close parts of the exhibition for security or other reasons. Similarly, in order to close the various areas in an orderly fashion, the public will be advised to clear the museum some minutes before the official closing time.
- Photography and filming inside the Museum (without flash or tripod) is permitted to any visitor who wishes to do so for personal use. Any other type of reporting (commercial broadcasting, advertising, studio, etc.) must have the appropriate authorisation from the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport.
- All types of bulky objects which, by their nature, might make proper visiting more difficult must be left in the cloakroom.
- Animals are not allowed, except assistance dogs. (Law 7/2023)
- Where applicable, visitors must behave respectfully and follow the instructions of staff in charge of order and security in the exhibition spaces, refraining from smoking, eating, drinking, talking loudly and touching the exhibits.
- The space is equipped with CCTV. Art. 22 of Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights.
