Physical access for people with reduced mobility

• Access ramp at the front door.
• Access ramps to the ground floor and the Crypt.
• Protective flooring over the pathin the Crypt.
• Platform lift on the staircase leading to the archaeological remains in the Crypt. (Currently unavailable due to mechanical failure. In the process of being repaired)
• Lift access to the first and second floors of the permanent exhibition.
• Access ramp to the administrative area and the assembly hall.
• Accessible public toilets.
• Access ramp to the Visigothic Collection (alternative itinerary signposted at the main door).

Access to the second floor of the internal area - and therefore to the library - is limited to a staircase. The next set of works on the main building will resolve this issue.

• Hearing loop available at the ticket office and assembly hall, and as a portable device.
