The gods of Olympus can visit your home in the form of cut-outs. With a roll of cardboard and these sheets, every Tuesday and Thursday, you can find a new god to colour and assemble together.

What did the Romans eat? This is a question that many of our younger visitors ask themselves when they see pieces that formed part of our ancestors’ crockery and kitchenware in the Museum. Although re-creations of some well-known foods, such as garum - a popular fish sauce prepared with fermented offal - or Roman wines can be found in specialised shops today, there is something that our visitors may not know... the Romans had a sweet tooth!
