Regulations

Law 49/2002 on the tax regime for non-profit organizations and tax incentives for patronage establishes a 35% corporate tax deduction for initiatives such as donations or donations of quality-assured assets that form part of Spanish Historical Heritage or are registered in the General Register of BICs or included in the General Inventory referred to in Law 16/85 on Spanish Historical Heritage.
