Group reservations

The museum offers an advance reservation service for group visits from 8 people.

Regulations:

• Visits must be arranged with sufficient prior notice.
• For security reasons, there is a maximum group size of 25 people, accompanied by a responsible adult.
• All persons in the group should respect the visiting rules.
• The group must wait outside the building while the person in charge of the group makes the necessary arrangements at the Museum's ticket office.
• To request a reservation by email: reservas.mceramica@cultura.gob.es
• You will receive your confirmation from the Museum by email. The confirmation form needs to be presented on the day of your visit.
