Purpose of processing

The purpose of processing INFORMATION ON THE MUSEUM’S COLLECTIONS AND ACTIVITIES, held by the Ministry of Culture and Sport, is to process information requests about the collections and/or activities of the Museo Nacional de Cerámica “González Martí” which you submit.

Storage periods and criteria

Your data will be stored for the time necessary to process it and to respond to your request. In addition, the provisions of the regulations on files and documentation shall apply.

Automated decisions

No automated decisions will be made based on the information you provide to us.

Lawfulness or legal basis

The processing is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Act 39/2015, of 1 October, of the Common Administrative Procedures of Public Administrations; of Act 40/2015, of 1 October, on the Legal Framework for the Public Sector; and of Royal Decree 951/2005, of 29 July, establishing the general framework for the improvement of quality in the Spanish Central Administration.

Your consent to the processing of your data is necessary in order for the complaint or suggestion that you have submitted to be handled and processed. If you do not provide us with this information, it will be impossible for us to do so.
