This section contains information on three aspects of the Museum: its history, legal and institutional information, and organisation and operation of the centre.
From a historical viewpoint, information is provided on the time-line of the building housing the National Pottery Museum, the Palacio del Marqués de Dos Aguas; on the origins, compilation and growth of collections from the time of creation of the Museum until the present; and lastly, on its founder, Manuel González Martí.
The section entitled “Institutional and guideline information” provides citizens with the rules and regulations governing the state-owned National Pottery Museum.
Lastly, you can find information on the organisation of the Museum’s departments, the functions they perform and the operation of each of them.
