How much does admission cost?
Free admission: all temporary exhibitions, Sundays, Saturdays from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm and Thursdays from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. See our other rates and the conditions for free admission +info
Can I book in advance?
Yes, you can. You can book up to five tickets via this link>> +info
What will I be able to visit?
In addition to the permanent exhibition, you will find a wide range of temporary exhibitions in the galleries. You can check what we have to offer in these galleries here >> +info
Is there a cap on the number of visitors?
No. If you are visiting the museum in a group, please note that the maximum number of participants is 15 (plus guide).
Do I need to wear a mask?
No. Their use is no longer mandatory in our galleries.
I will buy my ticket at the museum. Can I pay in cash?
Yes. You can also use a credit card. Publications available at the ticket desk can also be paid for in cash and/or by credit card.
Will there be lockers where I can leave my things?
Yes. You just need to bring a one-euro coin to operate them. If you don't have such a coin when you arrive, please ask our ticket agent if there are any tokens available.
Can I use the lifts?
Yes. There is a lift that can be accessed from the lobby. To use it, please ask the security staff in our lobby.
Is there Wifi in the museum?
Yes, you can connect to it while you visit the Museum. Just ask for the network name and password at the ticket desk in our lobby.
What informational material can I use to accompany my visit?
Brochures and similar printed materials are available at the museum ticket office. Other informational material can be consulted and downloaded via QR codes along the route.
Are there guided tours? Are there any in-person activities?
Yes. Capacity is limited to 15 people/group (plus guide). Remember that you must book in advance at email@example.com
