Before coming, for the safety and preservation of the collections, please remember the following visiting rules:
The taking of photographs and video is allowed inside the museum; however, flash photography and the use of tripods are prohibited.
The consumption of food or drink is not permitted inside the museum.
Large bags and backpacks are not permitted during your visit. The museum has a cloakroom.
You are kindly requested to switch off your mobile phones during your visit to the museum.
Only service dogs are permitted inside the Museum. Service dogs that are not seeing-eye dogs must be identified with the appropriate accrediting documentation, badge or ONCE bib.
Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the building.
Do not touch the artefacts on display or lean on the display cases.
Wifi is available throughout the museum building. Ask for the password at the ticket office and stay connected during your visit.
Large umbrellas are not allowed in the museum. Foldable umbrellas must be placed in a plastic bag. The museum is not responsible for umbrellas left in the designated umbrella stands.
A baby carrier sling is available at the museum ticket office.
Ticket sales will end 30 minutes before closing time.
