- We recommend groups to make this ticket reservation to guarantee the visit on the desired date and time. Group bookings must be made through the Altamira Museum Reservations Department by filling in the online form.

Steps to make a group booking:
- Fill in the application and minimum of 15 days in advance of the desired date of your visit: Online group booking application
- Within a week, you will receive a group tour Booking Sheet with the date and time of your tour and the amount you will have to pay at the ticket office when you arrive at the museum.
- When you receive the Booking Sheet, a group leader should confirm your visit to the museum on the date and time shown and the number of members of your group by telephone or email. Changes to your booking are not allowed after that.
- On the day of your visit, your group leader should take the Booking Sheet to the museum ticket office and collect the tickets. He should present himself at least 15 minutes before the time allocated for the visit. If the tickets are free or reduced price, he should present the documents showing entitlement. If you request receipt of payment when making the booking, it will be issued at the ticket office.
- Payment will be made in the ticket office when collecting the tickets, in cash or by bank card.
