Copper jug with a circular mouth, tapered neck and biconical body over a plane base and a foot-ring. It has a handle beginning at the mouth and ending in the middle of the body of the jug.

Copper was used for kitchen equipment in popular homes, among other things because of its heat conductivity, spreading heat consistently throughout its surface.
