Round-belly chocolate pot with a long and thin neck, which may be used to pour or to introduce the whisk.

Thanks to the new technologies developed in the 19th century, consumption of chocolate spread troughout Europe, becoming a drink for the times bourgeoisie. This is also the moment when specialized instruments to make chocolate start being widely used, like the metalic pots for making chocolate.

Other wares related to chocolate consumption, like the trembleuse, were used before, appearing already in the 17th century.
