Panel made of 15 tiles. A pearl and cord frieze surrounds the main scene, where the Saint is represented.

On the foreground is Saint Sebastian at the moment of his first martyrdom, with a naked chest run through with arrows, and bound to a tree. This depiction of Saint Sebastian is the most common one since the 16th century, instead of the depiction of his last martyrdom, when he was whipped to death. In the 15th century Saint Sebastian is usually represented as a knight, due to him being a Roman soldier.

The panel is decorated in ochres, blues and greens over white glaze, following the style of the polychrome series created in Talavera de la Reina between the 16th and 17th centuries.
