Guided and non guided groups

Groups may be:

• guided: using their own guide (not Museum staff)
• self-guided: i.e., without a guide.

• Group visiting hours: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, at 9:30, 11:00 and 12:30.
• Duration: 75 minutes maximum. To ensure the quality of the visit for other museum visitors, after this time has elapsed, our staff may ask you to finalise your visit.
• Number of spaces available: Groups of up to 10 and no fewer than 8 people (including the guide) are permitted.
• Price: members of the group can take advantage of a reduced ticket rate (€1.50) or even visit for free (based on current regulations)

Once you have made your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with the group's booking reference number, which you will need to present at the ticket office.

Cancellation or modification of the booking: you can modify your booking on the booking platform by logging in with your username and password. If you are unable to make it to your scheduled visit, you can call us on +34 915 473 646 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, or write to us at museo.cerralbo@cultura.gob.es, with the subject line "Booking cancellation".

Please note that group visits are not permitted on Thursday afternoons, weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or public holidays.
