Guided visits

El Museo ofrece la posibilidad de realizar visitas en varias modalidades:
You can visit the Museum in many different ways.
- Group tours: self-guided or with your own guide
- Guided tours with a guide from the museum's team of cultural volunteers (Spanish)
Bookings must be made at least two weeks in advance.
Group tours and school groups are not permitted on Thursday evenings, Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
If any of the members of your group have reduced mobility or special accessibility requirements, please consult the following link for conditions before booking your visit.
PLEASE NOTE: Groups and guides with groups will not be allowed to enter without prior booking and approval.
During holiday periods and public holidays, visits will not take place under the same conditions as in October and June.
Cultural visits by professional guides
We do not have a regular guide service in English, but the Museum can contact professional guides who specialise in the institution who offer the visit in Spanish and English. Check the conditions at museo.cerralbo@cultura.gob.es

Professional tour guides
On the other hand, any organised group that wishes to visit the Museum accompanied by a professional guide may not exceed 10 people and the visit must be held from Tuesday to Friday. For authorization, the reservation must be made 15 days in advance and the museum conditions must be accepted (museo.cerralbo@cultura.gob.es / 91 547 36 46 from 10 am. to 2 p.m.).
