The Cerralbo Museum works to make quality images of collections and rooms. The applicant should contact with lourdes.gonzalez@mecd.es, and return the Cerralbo Museum collections and rooms reproduction application form completed and signed.
Cerralbo Museum reserves the right to refuse the concession of the reproduction permission. Any use of reproduction is forbidden unless written authorization. Any authorized reproduction is allowed for just one time and use indicated in the form.
Every image must have a credit line as follows: [Name of the photographer provided by the Museum]. Museo Cerralbo. Madrid.Salto de línea In case of printed or digital publication, public communication, transformation or commercial purpose, the Cerralbo Museum will indicate how to mention the owner of the rights in works with current intellectual property rights transferred to the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports of Spain. In other cases, the applicant needs to obtain the authorization of the holder of rights (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/1996 de 2 de abril, por el que se aprueba el Texto Refundido de la Ley de Propiedad Intelectual, regularizando, aclarando y armonizando las disposiciones legales vigentes sobre la materia, art. 17), while the Museum is being exempt from liability.
The realization of duplicates and the assignment to third parties of all images is explicitly prohibited.Salto de línea In case of printed publication, the applicant commits to supply the Museum Library a copy of the work. Applicant commits to accept these rules, being responsible of any inadequate use of the images.
