Reports on the delivery activities and regulations of Intellectual Property management entities

The Ministry, in coordination with the management agencies, and with the aim of guaranteeing maximum transparency in the collective management of intellectual property rights, makes the following information available to the general public:

  • Annual report on activities.
  • Annual accounts.
  • Internal audits commissioned by the agencies themselves.
  • Detailed criteria of distribution, among its members, of the amounts collected by each management agency.
