Trained Monkey is a documentary about primate exploitation that follows the stories of Toni -a chimpanzee that was caught from the jungle and sold to a Portuguese circus- and Cheeta, the sole survivor of the infamous Oasis Park Zoo escape of 2015, which ended in a tragic shooting.
