Lucía approaches her grandmother Edilia looking for answers, but she only finds silence. Edilia's silence is long, deep-rooted, dark and painful. When Lucía understands that Edilia will never give her the answers she seeks, she decides to look at that silence, listen to it closely, trying to understand it. Together, they explore the limits of words and images in that silence that unites them.

Director’s Statement
My creative vision is rooted in the values of La Selva. Ecosistema Creatiu, a collective film production company focused on horizontality and the search for new forms of collective artistic work and expression.Salto de línea In the doucmentary I explore cinema and memory in the first person, creating a creative documentary with a strong auteur component. The film invites viewers to reflect on the relationship between memory, silence, and the present through moral and philosophical questions. The project has participated in several prestigious film labs, including Walden Residences, Pantalla Compartida, LABED at Pompeu Fabra University, ARCHE - Porto/Post/Doc, and PlayDoc’s Coming Soon. It has also received support from AGADIC’s Talento Galego and Development grants, as well as ICEC’s Development grant.
