Consejo Jacobeo Working Groups

The Consejo Jacobeo (Council of Saint James) currently has five working groups to implement the 2015–2021 Plan, which aims to strengthen cultural cooperation between the government of Spain and the regional governments in the years leading up to Jacobean Year 2021. The work will be carried out to the degree of each actors respective competences, in order to preserve and promote the Camino de Santiago.

• Working Group III ‘Signposting, infrastructure and support for visitors and pilgrims’
• Working Group IV ‘Camino Francés’
• Working Group V ‘Preparing for the Holy Year of 2021’
