Monday to Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
User registration is done in the archive itself and from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., showing one of the European identity documents (or non-EU passport).
Users who wish to consult documents from the archive after 2:30 p.m. must request them before 1:30 p.m. by the following means: in person (if they are already in the Reading Room), by email (aca@cultura.gob.es, indicating in the subject "Reserva tardes"), or by phone (934854285). If you are not registered as a user, please submit the online registration form in advance. The maximum number of shelfmarks for advance booking is three.
The Reading Room has a public Internet Wi-fi connection, protected by a password provided by the technical staff on duty.

The assignment of consultation positions for new users ends at 6:50 p.m. from Monday to Thursday, and at 2:20 p.m. on Fridays.

Users who wish to access any telematic or face-to-face consultation and were not previously registered in the Internal Management System of State Archives, must complete and send the following registration form, along with a copy of their European identity document (or non-EU passport).
