The Reading Room will reopen on March 31st with its regular hours.

Reading Room opening hours
Monday to Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Reservation of documents for the afternoons, until 1:30 p.m. the day before.
Between December 23, 2024 and January 3, 2025, the opening hours of the Reading Room will be from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

New Document for the History of Europe
The Liber feudorum maior (12th-13th centuries) is a copy of documents relating to the feudal relations of the kings of Aragon and counts of Barcelona in the High Middle Ages, richly decorated with miniatures in the Romanesque tradition.
Meeting of Spanish European Heritage Label sites
The ACA participates in a networking meeting between EHL sites and various associations to promote youth participation and strengthen networks between cultural entities and civil society.
Exhibition "Female voices. 900 years in the documents of the Archive of the Crown of Aragon"
The exhibition celebrates the centenary of the incorporation of the first woman archivist to the ACA, in 1922. And it highlights the voices of plural women throughout the centuries, and the work of recovering the female experience by Spanish women archivists.
International Women's Day 2025

On International Archives Day, the ACA carries out audiovisual projections and guided visits to the two archive headquarters, also presenting a Document for the History of Europe on the conservation of documentary heritage.

UNESCO Memory of the World Register
The program "Memory of the World" has accepted the joint candidacy of the various Codex Calixtinus preserved in the Iberian Peninsula, among other centers, in the Archives of the Crown of Aragon in its register of documents.

The Archives of the Crown of Aragon has had an early 12th century excerpt from the 3rd Book of the Commentary on the Apocalypse by Beatus of Liébana included in the Memory of the World Register.
The Archives of the Crown of Aragon has been awarded the European Heritage Label. On the 10th of March 2016, the European Commission published the list of heritage sites that have achieved this recognition.
