The prestigious British hispanist Sir John Elliott began researching in the Archives of the Crown of Aragon in 1954, from the University of Cambridge, for the realization of his thesis on the policy of the Count-Duke of Olivares.
Sixty-five years later, within the framework of the commemoration of its seventh centenary, the ACA is honored to honor him on the occasion of his lecture given at the Viceroys' Palace on October 30, 2018.
